Sarawakian and Dayak food

Dayak food is special to me because it is related to my heritage as a Bidayuh.  My parents and my grandma cooks Dayak food with perfection, and my wife and in-laws do the same as well.

This category is to share recipes on how to cook a delicious Dayak meal.  It may be slightly Bidayuh oriented as I am of that heritage, hence making it slightly different from other indigenous groups such as the Ibans and Selakos.
