Malay-Balinese Cusine At Pullman This Ramadhan

In fact, Pullman Kuching brought the bar for ‘buka puasa’ to a whole new level as they introduced ‘Live Azan’ for their Muslim guest, in which three Ustaz will lead and conduct the ‘Solat Berjemaah” for Maghrib, Isyak and Tarawih prayers. The Ustaz as I was to understand were from numerous Islamic departments in the state.

Well, the delight of this holy month does seem to get even better as two chefs with 24-years of experience are brought in specially from Bali to show off their talent in making those aromatic yet spicy Balinese food.

My take is that the Dadar Gulung, Tum Ayam and Tumis ikan parang asam pedas Melaka is a must try!
