If you are looking for a change in taste this Ramadhan, why not go Balinese at Pullman Kuching because they are dishing out a fusion of Malay-Balinese dishes for you to ‘buka puasa’.
- Cooking the dishes in front of you
In fact, Pullman Kuching brought the bar for ‘buka puasa’ to a whole new level as they introduced ‘Live Azan’ for their Muslim guest, in which three Ustaz will lead and conduct the ‘Solat Berjemaah” for Maghrib, Isyak and Tarawih prayers. The Ustaz as I was to understand were from numerous Islamic departments in the state.
- Chef Kadek Janu Wirama and Chef Gusti Made Diartawan from Bali
Well, the delight of this holy month does seem to get even better as two chefs with 24-years of experience are brought in specially from Bali to show off their talent in making those aromatic yet spicy Balinese food.
As taste is subjective, heres some photos of what Pullmans Malay-Balinese has to offer:

My take is that the Dadar Gulung, Tum Ayam and Tumis ikan parang asam pedas Melaka is a must try!
