Do you see the logo above? I’m sure by now you’d know that the image above is the 55th Malaysia Independence Day logo.
It is by far the biggest, most elaborated, most sophisticated and, can I say most uncreative logo ever made for our nations national day celebration.
My comments on the logo are solely on the design and it has nothing to do with the government or politics.  It’s hugely a shame to see how after 55 years of independence, the design of our logo looks like it was freshly ‘typed’ in a popular word processing software created by Microsoft.
One thing’s for sure, it would be interesting to see how they recreate the logo on the field during the annual Merdeka parade this coming 31st August.
…and while I’m at it. What’s with the “Janji ditepati” slogan?
Let them create any logos they want…. That’s for their Independence in Tanah Melayu or MALAYA… We Sarawakians will celebrate on 16th September and it’s better for us to create the 16th Sept Sarawak Sabah joined The Federation of MALAYSIA for 49 years…. THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE ALREADY! THE HISTORY CANNOT BE CHANGED AND FOOLED…
=) I no comment on your comment.
