The Novotel Danang Premier Han River sits at the riverbanks of the Han River in Danang City.
If you follow my blog, you’d know that I actually stayed at this hotel two years ago when I visited Danang back in 2016.
The hotel is opposite the unique Danang Administrative Building, making it hard to miss.
Thanks to the exceptional service the last time around, my wife and I decided to stay here for the rest of our days in Danang. We shifted to this hotel after our brief two nights stay at the Hoi An Historic Hotel.
Another major reason why we decided to stay at Novotel Danang Premier Han River was it’s free access to the Premier Village Danang Resort which is about 15 minutes away by car.
CHECK-IN AT NOVOTEL DA NANG PREMIER HAN RIVER
Check in at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River was easy and simple. Passion fruit juice was served upon arrival, and the staff were all smiles when we arrived.
Doors were opened and shut as we walk by, as if we were royalty.
If you want to be treated almost like royalty, the Novotel Danang Premier Han River has it. Our bags were carried up to our room, and every service needed was available at the best quality. English was also widely spoken, so communication was less difficult.

One thing I love about Novotel Danang Premier Han River is it’s fantastic view. Elevated up to 36 storeys, it has one of the most panoramic views of Danang and the Han River.
We stayed on the 7th floor, and the view was still amazing!
THE INFINITY POOL
The pool at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River isn’t huge, but it was an infinity pool, hence allowing photos to come out quite nice.
For kids, there was a small tiny kids pool, but it was rather boring for my daughter who is now at the verge of swimming herself.
The adult pool was deep enough and there’s ample places to just relax while still being in the water.
Since the pool is located on the 4th floor, the view itself was worth some mention.
Novotel Danang Premier Han River serves a huge breakfast buffet. There’s so much to choose from that it was impossible for me to taste it all.
Vietnam iced coffee and Pho, two of my favourite dishes in Danang, were also served for as long as I could still take it in.
The juice served was very fresh that it came without sugar, and there was also up to four to five fruit juice options.
One of the best highlight of the breakfast buffer was the amazing view from the dining area.
I guess but now you know I am a sucker for such a thing.
There’s plenty of TV channels available at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River.
Adding to the already huge selection of TV channels is the availability of in house entertainment such as movies, music and so on.
Not that the number of TV Channels matter much, but if the weather requires you to stay indoors, there’s always TV options!
During my first stay at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River, the InBalance Spa provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life.
It was so good that I made it a point to get another massage when I came back this time.
The massage package I had this time differed from my previous session. I had sun burn skin, so the manager in charge suggested that I go for their Aloe Vera Skin treatment before my full body massage.
The 30-minute Aloe Vera treatment was soothing to the sun burns I had, and the massage was fantastic, just as I remembered.
My masseuse gave enough pressure during the massage and did her job brilliantly to ensure I had one of the most relaxing massages ever.
The massage rooms were also really huge with bathrooms attached to each room.
PREMIER VILLAGE DANANG RESORT
As I mentioned before, one of the main reasons why we came back to Novotel Danang Premier Han River was its free pass to the Premier Village Danang Resort.
Premier Village Danang Resort is a massive resort located on the My An Beach of Danang. Like Novotel, it is also managed by the AccorHotels group, hence the free shuttle and pass.
A day pass from Novotel Danang Premier Han River allows guest like me to enjoy the pool and beach facilities at the Premier Village Danang Resort, and it is totally worth it.
Here, we parked our stuff at one of the cabanas while we descended into the pool and beach. The child’s pool was very popular with my little girl as she stayed in the pool from the moment we arrived, until the time we wanted to head out.
The nearby My An Beach also had a kids area where we built our very own ‘sandcastles’.
If you intend to take a shuttle bus from Novotel Danang Premier Han River to Premier Village Danang Resort, the schedule is as follows:
Going to Premier Village Danang Resort – 08:30, 11:00,13:30, 17:00.
Heading back to Novotel Danang Premier Han River – 11:15, 13:45, 17:15, 19:15
If you don’t like the limitations of time, you can opt to use a taxi/cab but make sure you get your entrance pass at the concierge first. Else, booking a stay at Premier Village Danang Resort might be a good option.

OPINION ON NOVOTEL DANANG PREMIER
As I mentioned, this was my second stay at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River, and it most certainly won’t be my last.
The hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in, and I am happy to note they had maintained their exceptional quality since my last visit.
I am quite sure I would be returning to Danang in the near future, and I am quite sure I will return to this hotel if I decided to stay in Danang City again.
