Lady luck shined on me in March as I nabbed the JBL CLIP4 in yet another prize during a product launch.
This time, it was the JBL product launch which I covered in my blog, PhoneSentral.
During the event, JBL did promise to give out freebies to those who attended, and the line-up of the prizes ranged from headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and a mini theater sound bar.
The prize list and what I wanted

I was keen in getting the Tune 225TWS as my Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max could do with a new set of Bluetooth earphones.
However, winning the Bar 5.0 Multibeam which cost RM2,299 wouldn’t be too bad either since I’ve been aiming to get something like a mini theater home system for my place.
I tried, and won
So, when it was Q&A time, I tried my best to answer the questions.
Prizes were given out based on those giving the correct answers, so I was hopeful that I’d be the one to win a prize.
To be honest, the contest was intense among us media people, and at the end of the day, I walked away with the JBL CLIP4.
It’s not what I aimed for during the contest, but I will take it. I’ve never owned a JBL speaker before, so this 10-hour, IP67 rated mini Bluetooth speakers would be perfect for me to when going out.

Will do a review
